When you send an inquiry, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, country, travel dates, group size and your message.

How we use your information

We use your information only to answer your inquiry, plan and operate your tour, and communicate with you about it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share only the information needed to run your tour with our contracted partners, such as accommodation, camps and transport providers.

Our website and inquiry system are hosted with service providers that store data in Singapore and Germany. Inquiry emails are sent through Zoho.

Photographs and video

Photos and videos taken during our tours may be used on our website and social media. If you prefer not to appear, tell us at any time and we will remove them.

How long we keep your information

We keep inquiry information for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you book a tour with us or ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You may ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Send your request to hello@photolinktour.com.
