Booking

A booking is confirmed when we have received your deposit and sent you a written booking confirmation. Payment, deposit and cancellation terms are set out in our Cancellation & Payment Policy.

The terms in effect on the date of your booking confirmation apply to your booking.

Itinerary and changes

Our itineraries are published as a general plan. Weather, road, safety and field conditions in Mongolia can change, and the route or schedule may be adjusted when necessary.

Photolink Tours is committed to delivering the programme we have promised to you.

If you would like to change the route during the tour, we will do our best to make it possible. Any additional costs are agreed with you in advance and paid by you.

Travel insurance

Photolink Tours does not provide travel insurance and is not responsible for insured risks. On request, we can help arrange travel insurance for you.

We strongly recommend that every traveller has travel insurance covering medical treatment, emergency evacuation and trip cancellation.

Health and equipment

Each party is responsible for its own health and its own necessary equipment. Travellers are responsible for their personal photography gear, clothing and medication.

All parties agree to follow the rules and conditions agreed at the time of booking.

Photography and content

Each party owns 100% of the photographs, video and other content it creates during the tour. When you publish content that refers to your tour with us, we ask that you credit Photolink Tours.

By joining a Photolink tour, you agree that photos and videos taken during the trip may be used on our website and social media. If you prefer not to appear, tell us at any time and we will remove them.

All photographs and videos on this website are protected and may not be used without our written permission.

Partners and service providers

Photolink Tours does not transfer your tour as a whole to another tour operator. Accommodation, camps, transport and logistics may be provided by contracted partners.
